Michael facilitates sessions on effective learning, business communication, innovation and presentation skills whilst designing learning materials with a clear focus on designing to meet learner/business needs. Michael hosts the stickylearning blog that looks at current issues, media and ideas related to learning. Before setting out on his own, Michael worked for the ColesMyer retail group within both operational and L&D roles designing learning materials, facilitating programs and managing teams of L&D professionals.
